Funnily enough, the design intensive doesn't actually start on Monday 🤷🏽♀️
In this case I began prep a couple of weeks before the booked week, since the scope included a full website structure overview with copy suggestions for each section, which meant reading through every asset Beep already had before I could put anything together.
Since Lissie is a return client, I didn't need to spend extra time learning the brand from scratch.
But for a new client, I'd dedicate an additional week before the Binge Week itself: studying brand preferences, asking deeper questions, and making sure I have full clarity on the brand's positioning and the founder's vision before we even get started.
That way the week itself stays uninterrupted and focused entirely on execution.
Monday was about setting the foundation.
Since Lissie and I have worked together before, a lot of the groundwork was already done (color palette, fonts, and brand assets were all carry-overs from when we built the Beep brand together) For a new client this would all happen before the week starts.
What I did spend Monday on was getting Showit properly set up for this specific project. (uploading photos, organizing assets, and going back into our Google Doc to leave a few comments requesting the last missing pieces.)
By the end of Monday I had a rougher skeleton of the page live in Showit. I like to get the design in early (even loosely) so I can start making decisions about layout and page flow.
Seeing it in the browser tells you things a plan on paper never will.
Tuesday was heads-down execution! Getting every section fully designed and creating a few new mockups for the client showcase. By end of day the full page was in...almost ready for a review :)
Wednesday was mostly about the client showcase section as I wanted it to feel more like a case study than a portfolio grid. Testimonial, work mockups, results and numbers.
I also added some custom code: rotating badges, count-up numbers, marquee banners, hover effects, italic font swaps.
Thursday I started on the PDF - a services and client showcase booklet designed to function as part of Beep's sales ecosystem. Something to attach to proposals, send after discovery calls, tell the full story...
Lissie had existing materials but they needed a full rethink to function as a proper part of her sales ecosystem.
I pulled everything together, built out the structure and visual direction without needing to go back and forth on what goes where, and had most of the skeleton done by early afternoon so Lissie could drop in and leave comments if anything needed adjusting.
Friday was the wrap-up, and a smooth one 🤩
No major revisions, which meant I had time to add a before/after carousel Lissie had loved the idea of for one of the case studies.
The rest of the day went into the handoff. A full document with all links, a Showit SOP page with written instructions and video walkthroughs for easy management going forward.
Domain connected, alt text added, SEO settings in.
Every new mockup and graphic created during the week dropped into the handoff doc.
*But make sure to come back 😉
We also decided to add a Kit email template as an add-on, so Lissie has a ready-to-use design for the email sequence that delivers the PDF booklet.
Our partnership doesn’t end at the handover. I’m here for a dedicated implementation window to handle any questions, tweaks, or hand-holding as you go live."
"I've been obsessed with your work since like 2023..honestly it may be back even farther to 2021 lmao - you were the FIRST choice if not the only choice. I am the pickiest b*tch when it comes to design-related things, and I knew I'd never be happy with someone I hired unless I was already obsessed with everything they produced - like a full, wide range of projects in your portfolio showing multiple styles really sealed the deal for me because most designers have 'a style' and it infuriates me when everything looks different....but still the same
Diana is super organized, on top of her sh*t, incredible at communication, and will give you so much more than you think you need
Just hire her. she's a magical design wizard who somehow knows you better than you know yourself and can blend every nook and cranny of your personality into one cohesive brand that feels SO you even when you yourself can't ever really articulate who you are.
"She built Tayden’s original brand from the ground up with such clarity, care, and intentionality - and it continues to hold true, even as we’ve evolved. When we needed to revisit and expand key materials recently, I knew immediately that I wanted to bring her back in.
Diana has that rare ability to blend strategy with design, to translate vision into something that feels not just beautiful but true. She helped us organize, refine, and elevate our branding experience so it could keep pace with our growing systems and deeper body of work. Every time we work together, I walk away feeling seen, supported, and proud of what we’ve built.
I keep coming back because Diana doesn’t just get the assignment, she makes it better. She’s a thought partner, a systems thinker, and someone who genuinely cares about the work and the people behind it. I can’t recommend her highly enough."
She doesn’t just design; she listens, collaborates, and then brings ideas to life in a way that always exceeds expectations. Her creativity, combined with her passion for quality, makes every project feel personal and polished.
I chose Diana because of her portfolio’s exceptional quality and her reputation for being reliable and easy to work with. We have worked together on several projects now - she's quick, ultra creative, and nails my vision every time.
Her ability to deliver high-caliber designs made the investment worthwhile, and I knew I’d be getting work that felt uniquely crafted for my brand.
Her dedication to both creativity and precision truly sets her apart!
Diana is a long time friend of mine who just from day one... I knew she was ABSOLUTELY INSANELY Brilliant and SO incredibly talented. She CONSISTENTLY tested the boundaries for what was possible in Design and it is so much of the reason I decided to work with her.
I am an against the grain type of founder - while everyone else goes left, I go right and Diana just understood that whole heartedly and truly captured that essence from day one.
Because of her - I was able to buy back more time doing other things in my business and enjoy the last few weeks of pregnancy I had left!
Ummm... run dont walk. Like don't consider anyone else... you know that list of contractors you were tossing between? Throw it in the bin. It is a clear answer. HIRE HER.
You're established, your offers are solid, your audience is clear, and you're ready to amplify what's already working
with assets that actually reflect where you are now, and where you're going.
You hired someone because you trust their judgment, and once you do, you actually let them use it. (*wink wink)
You are someone who knows what they want, hands it over, and trusts the process without needing to be in the room for every decision.
You have a vision, you're confident in it, and you hired me precisely because you know there are things I can see that you can't, and you're genuinely fine with that.
You care deeply about your reputation and what goes out under your name, and you'd rather push something than publish it wrong.
You know the difference between good and good enough, and you've stopped settling for the latter.
You're in the early stages of your business and your offer suite isn't fully established yet.
You're still working out your offer, your audience, or your positioning
For that conversation, a brand strategy session or diagnostic is where we'd actually start, and trying to design around unanswered strategic questions is a shortcut that costs more than it saves.
You like to be heavily involved in every decision and every step of the process.
I'll be straightforward with you — for me to do my best work, I need trust and room to think. This is absolutely a collaborative process, but it is not a process where I need approval at every turn to move forward. If you work best when you're in the weeds of every detail, this container isn't going to feel right, and that's completely fine.
Eight years across brand strategy and creative direction working with coaches, service providers, B2B founders, and boutique agency owners.
Sales psychology, marketing, and UX thinking built into everything I build, across websites, sales pages, funnels, and whatever needs to stop looking good in theory and start working in practice.
I created VIP Week sbecause most good projects don't need months. They need one person who understands the full picture, a defined window, and no distractions pulling the week in seventeen directions.
Based between Thailand and Dubai. Working globally. Specialty coffee in hand, probably already thinking about your brand.
When it represents you at the level you're operating at, it does the heavy lifting for you in every sales call, every pitch, every proposal that goes out. When it doesn't, you hold back. Even if it's subconscious. You undersell, you under-pitch, you under-price, because some part of you knows the visuals aren't matching the caliber of what you're selling.
That's the actual cost. The lost opportunities you'll never count. The confidence you don't fully step into. The money you leave on the table every time the brand doesn't back you up the way it should.
Let’s start the binge.
If you are still in conversations with other designers, finish those first and come back if none of them feel right. I work best with people who have already decided — and you deserve someone who is fully in it with you from day one.
Questions before applying? Just ask. I'm also happy to connect you with past clients. 👇🏽
No. Booking secures your spot on the calendar. Once you’re in, we use the lead time—the prep period—to align on exactly what’s needed. The earlier you book, the more time we have to gather assets and refine the strategy without any last-minute rush.
We nail down the strategy and visual direction during the prep phase before any active design begins. You are part of the decision-making process throughout the intensive, so the final delivery is never a surprise. The post-execution support window is also there for any final refinements.
You don’t need to clear your entire schedule, but you do need to be reachable for feedback at key milestones. I handle the execution and the heavy lifting; you handle the high-level reviews. We move fast, so timely feedback is what keeps the momentum going.
We scope your project thoroughly before we start so the deliverables and the timeline are clear. If your needs genuinely expand during our time together, we’ll have a conversation about it. There are no hidden fees or surprise cost structures.
As soon as you’re ready to move forward. Because I only take on one intensive at a time to ensure you have my undivided priority, the calendar fills up quickly. Booking early also gives us a longer, more relaxed prep period to get everything right.
You receive a full handover with walkthrough videos and documentation so you (or your team) can take the reins. You also have a dedicated window of post-execution support for any final questions. For founders who want ongoing creative oversight, the Brand Director Partnership is the natural next step.
AI can generate a layout, but it lacks the human taste and strategic nuance required to build trust with high-level clients. It doesn’t understand your 10-year evolution or how to design for the duality in your brand. You are hiring a strategic brain to ensure your visuals actually work for your specific business goals.
No. Every asset I build is custom-crafted based on our specific strategy. I don't use AI-generated brand assets or layouts. My work is grounded in human intuition and a decade of design experience, things that can't be replicated by an algorithm.
No. Every brand and website is built from scratch based on your specific strategy and needs. I don't use pre-made templates; I build custom systems designed for your business's current stage and future scale.
