Services
Deeply Rooted Studio offers brand direction, creative execution, and design services including but not limited to brand identity, website design, sales page design, and launch assets. Full scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment for any engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Inquiries and Bookings
Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a booking or guarantee availability. A project is considered booked only when a signed agreement and deposit have been received. Diana reserves the right to decline any inquiry at her discretion.
Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your individual client agreement. Deposits are non-refundable. Payment plans where offered must be completed in full regardless of project status unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
All work created by Deeply Rooted Studio remains the intellectual property of Deeply Rooted Studio until payment has been received in full, at which point ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the client agreement. Diana reserves the right to display completed work in her portfolio and marketing materials unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Revisions and Scope
Revision rounds and scope are defined in the client agreement. Work requested outside of the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
Limitation of Liability
Deeply Rooted Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or this website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
