Marketing and sales strategy for the six to twelve months of a rebrand transition - what to focus on, what to avoid, and how to keep the business running while you rebuild it.
BONUS: Includes the referral email template: the exact copy I send to past clients before a rebrand launches.
DRS was first on my radar over a year ago after seeing projects that really resonated with my aesthetic: polished, professional, and B2B appropriate, without being cold and lifeless.
Diana has the ability to masterfully interpret the client's vision, while layering on her own expertise and creative direction. Because of this, there were areas that she took the initiative to provide alt copy, or add to the project in ways she knew would convert better, but never in a presumptuous or pushy way.
When I received the finished draft of this sales page, I totally cried at how absolutely seen and understood I felt, and how well-taken-care-of the brand was. She clearly has high standards for herself and her studio, and it's incredibly appreciated. She immediately understood not only our company, but our ideal client (and their psychology).
There is no way this project and upcoming launch would be nearly as successful without Diana.
A founder who's spent years building a genuinely good business, with strong offers, an established reputation, and clients who happily recommend them. But when someone new comes across their website or marketing, they're not getting anywhere near the same impression. And that's a problem when the business is being considered for bigger opportunities.
01 / The business has moved on, but the brand hasn't
02 / Everyone's Creating. Nobody's Quite Sure What The Rules Are.
The business has invested in professional branding, the guidelines are sitting somewhere in Google Drive, and the team is STILL trying to figure out how to use everything. Different campaigns, audiences, events, and marketing materials all need something slightly different, but nobody has established how those differences are supposed to work within the brand.
03 / The Website Looks Good, But Something Isn't Working.
The business has invested in a professional website, but the experience of moving through it hasn't received nearly as much attention as the visuals. Important information gets lost, sections compete for attention, and the way offers are presented doesn't always make sense for how buyers evaluate them. I keep seeing websites with beautiful individual sections that haven't been thought through as one complete experience.
Your different offers, buyers, marketing channels, and the people responsible for keeping everything running. I take all of that into account while developing your brand system, testing the identity across the materials your business needs before we call it finished.
(Keep your reading glasses on 🤭 these founders had a lot to say, and I didn't want to cut the good parts just to save space.)
- First 5 figure launch after Diana rebranded our website and sales page
- Diana developed an entirely new brand for a sub-section of our business
- More web traffic to our website after Diana helped us develop our blog and free resource hub.
I love that as soon as I bring an idea to her, she is 100% in. She has helped me not only relaunch my website and brand, but she goes above and beyond. She's helped me launch a directory, my podcast and even has gone out of her way to create a shot list for photoshoots (all while finding our studio for us from another country AND communicating with the photographer directly).
I cannot tell you how much peace of mind it gives me as a business owner to have Diana on our side. I do not need to worry about my branding because it's in the best hands possible.
A lot of brands think they are doing a good job, but in reality they have no direction. They have no strategy. They just have good design. The reason I personally love working with you is because you understand brand and storytelling on a level that goes much deeper than colors and logos. I do believe that there is a special essence to the human touch that allows us to communicate emotions and feelings better than AI.
She built Tayden’s original brand from the ground up with such clarity, care, and intentionality - and it continues to hold true, even as we’ve evolved. When we needed to revisit and expand key materials recently, I knew immediately that I wanted to bring her back in.
Diana has that rare ability to blend strategy with design, to translate vision into something that feels not just beautiful but true. She helped us organize, refine, and elevate our branding experience so it could keep pace with our growing systems and deeper body of work. Every time we work together, I walk away feeling seen, supported, and proud of what we’ve built.
I keep coming back because Diana doesn’t just get the assignment, she makes it better. She’s a thought partner, a systems thinker, and someone who genuinely cares about the work and the people behind it. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
I like knowing what I'm doing and why I'm doing it.
I'll have opinions about your brand, and I'll happily explain them. Every creative decision should have a reason behind it, whether we're choosing a typeface, designing a website section, or figuring out how to present an offer to your buyers.
I care an unreasonable amount about the details.
How a headline sits on a page. Whether the typography works with longer content. How different colors interact across applications. What happens to a layout on mobile. I'll happily spend time working through those details because they influence how the finished work looks, feels, and functions.
I'm not precious about an idea just because it looks good.
I can absolutely love a creative direction and still have no business using it for your brand. If something doesn't make sense for your audience, your offers, or how your business operates, I'll reconsider it. That's part of doing the job properly.
I think about the people who'll be using the work long after we're finished.
Your team shouldn't need to call me every time they create a new social post, update a website section, or prepare something for an event. I want them to understand the decisions behind the system and have enough guidance to use it with confidence.
I've spent the past eight years working with founders and their businesses, getting involved in everything from brand identities and websites to the many little decisions that determine how a business shows up in the world.
I'm also a business owner myself, which probably explains why I'm so interested in what happens beyond the design files.
I want to know how your business operates, what your buyers care about, and who's going to be using the work once we're finished. And I have plenty of opinions about how we bring all of that together. ;)
THE BUSINESS IS yours. THE BRAND IS my territory.
You've already put years into the business. Now I'd love to bring my experience, judgment, and genuinely good taste to the way people encounter it, from the first impression to the details your buyers and team interact with every day.
Whether we're developing your brand system, website, or both, I want to understand the business behind it all and build something that makes sense for the way you operate.
